We have been dealing with process imaging for many years, they have always been very helpful, polite and attending to any problems we have immediately. We have recently changed from an automatic processor to their new Fire CR system. This change has made a huge difference in cost, quality and efficiency to us and our patients. We rarely get any problems with the Fire CR, when we do it is usually down to operator error! But the team at process imaging are always happy to help us out.
